Single sign-on (SSO) to access our web app 馃攼
Fed up with juggling passwords for all your apps? We鈥檝e got you covered! With our new Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, you can now log into 天美传媒 Aproplan using your Microsoft or Google account, making it quicker and easier to access the web app鈥攏o more password hassle!
Upgraded data in Points & Forms reports 馃搫
We鈥檝e made a few improvements to the data in your generated reports, making them more useful and customised to your needs. Here鈥檚 a quick look at the latest updates:
- The “Important” label is now easier to spot in points reports.
- Room and custom fields are now displayed for points linked to questions in form reports.
- The “Answered by” column has been removed from form reports for a cleaner look.
- Comments in points reports are no longer cut off at the end of the page.
Company Dashboards 2.0 馃搳
Say hello to the newly revamped company dashboards! Like the project dashboards, they鈥檝e been upgraded to be more efficient and flexible, setting the stage for future cross-project KPI tracking. For now, you can use them to easily monitor points’ and forms’ activity across your organisation鈥檚 members.

Points v2.0 is rapidly catching up to the functionality of the previous module, and we鈥檙e excited to introduce some key features that will make managing points easier and more powerful than ever. - Add attachments to your points: Attach photos, documents, and reports directly to points, ensuring key information is easily accessible.
- Archive, duplicate, copy to workspace, delete, and move points: Full action control is back, making it easy to manage points across your projects.
- Bulk actions for status and due dates: Update multiple points at once with new bulk actions, saving you time and effort.
- Mark points as Important: Quickly highlight key points to ensure they stand out in your reports and dashboards.

Points v2.0 isn’t just about catching up鈥攊t’s also about moving forward with brand-new features that are only available in this version. These updates are designed to boost your efficiency, make navigation smoother, and provide more flexibility in how you manage and share your points.
Here鈥檚 what unique features have been introduced to Points v2.0 this quarter:
- Keyboard navigation for documents and side panels: Effortlessly move between documents using keyword arrows and close a document or the side panel using the escape button, making your navigation quicker and more fluid.
- Mark points as important from the points table & during creation: Easily flag key points right from the table view or during point creation, keeping your priorities clear from the start.
- New filtering options for important points: Filter and focus on the most critical points with enhanced filtering options that let you view only what鈥檚 most relevant.
- Shareable URLs: Share points easily with unique points table URLs, ensuring quick and direct access for stakeholders and collaborators.
- Easier list management when duplicating points: Duplicate points across lists more smoothly, with easier selection and management of lists during the process.
